Shipping

We ship to addresses in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Singapore. (Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to ship orders to Canada.)

SHIP METHODS
  • We offer free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
  • Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.
  • If you're shopping for a Christmas gift and are worried it might not arrive in time, consider sending our gift card instead. It gives the recipient greater flexibility and choice in product and size selection too.
  • If there is a designated safe area for parcel delivery (e.g., a parcel room), please specify it in the shipping address to ensure safe and smooth delivery, especially if your address includes a communal area or if the delivery person cannot enter your building due to a password or key requirement. Customers are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Currently, there is no expedited shipping option available.
  • Duties and taxes are prepaid at checkout.
  • We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
  • You can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment notification email.
  • If there is no activity or movement shown on the carrier’s tracking link for more than 5 business days, please contact Customer Service for assistance.
CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

We are unable to change shipping addresses. We will only ship to the address provided when the order was placed.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
  • If there is a designated safe area for parcel delivery (e.g., a parcel room), please specify it in the shipping address to ensure safe and smooth delivery, especially if your address includes a communal area or if the delivery person cannot enter your building due to a password or key requirement. Customers are responsible for providing clear delivery instructions to ensure successful delivery.
  • Please note, an action a day is not liable for missing packages marked delivered.
  • If a parcel cannot be delivered to the specified address due to access restrictions (e.g., the delivery person is unable to enter the building or access the correct location without a key or password), and no alternative safe delivery instructions are provided, the customer will be responsible for any loss or theft of the parcel.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping courier and check with your neighbor or building manager to help locate the package.
  • If the parcel is delivered but stolen afterward, we recommend reporting the theft to your local police.
  • Additionally, if the carrier's tracking link shows no activity or movement for more than five business days, please reach out to Customer Service for help.
