Shipping

• If there is a designated safe area for parcel delivery (e.g., a parcel room), please specify it in the shipping address to ensure safe and smooth delivery, especially if your address includes a communal area or if the delivery person cannot enter your building due to a password or key requirement.

• Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

• To be eligible for a refund or an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, clean, unstained, free from dirt, hair, or any other debris, and in their original condition with all tags and liners still attached.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We offer free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $6 USD return shipping fee will apply.
• We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our return standards, show signs of wear, or fall outside our return window. Please wear underwear when trying on purchases.
• If a return causes the order to no longer meet the conditions for discounts or gifts, the discounts will be revoked when calculating the refund, and the gifts must be returned to qualify for a refund. The returned free gifts must also meet the same standards for acceptable returns outlined above.
• It may take up to one week for our warehouse to process the returned order and confirm that the items meet our return standards. Exchanged items will be shipped within 3 business days after our warehouse confirms that the returned items meet the above mentioned acceptable return standards. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after confirmation, but may take up to a week to reflect in your bank account.
