We ship to addresses in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Singapore. (Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we are currently unable to ship orders to Canada.)
- If there is a designated safe area for parcel delivery (e.g., a parcel room), please specify it in the shipping address to ensure safe and smooth delivery, especially if your address includes a communal area or if the delivery person cannot enter your building due to a password or key requirement.
- Free shipping on orders over $40 USD.
- Orders may take 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, standard delivery time is 7-10 business days.
- If you're shopping for a Christmas gift and are worried it might not arrive in time, consider sending our gift card instead. It gives the recipient greater flexibility and choice in product and size selection too.
- To be eligible for refunds, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and have all tags and liners attached.
- We offer 30-day free returns for store credit. For a refund back to the original payment method, a $6 USD return shipping fee will apply.
